worst training module. waste of time and money. they can leave in middle of nowhere they should be honest about it before putting a person in training and charging money for it. only 1 trainer overburden with work so he gives feedback of candidate to management as per his comfort. they don't care about people who spend their time and money they just running a *** keep changing time of training from morning to suddenly evening how you expect people to be available they all have some work to do. show you high salary good terms and conditions but thats how they get people to pay

I was a recent graduate with work experience in marketing. Wanting to make a switch to IT for years, i approached Radus Tek Services for consulting through a friends referral who was successfully working for a client of theirs. I have never looked back since. Its been a super smooth transition and I regret not having done it sooner. I highly recommend them for their honesty with the process and their efforts on making the consultants their first priority. If you are on a visa and looking for a job, this is a go to company for mid level and senior IT positions spread across the Unites States. Just be willing to work hard and you will be fine.

Company services are good based on experience. it has a very good and professional team.it is managed under a very good leadership.The activities are transparent and help well in professional career.The IT division is good in managing projects and also working with new clients and vendors for the employee. Let me tell you this I have been working with the company for last three and half years and my experience has been outstanding. Before we buy a new gadget or try a new restaurant, most of us look at the reviews at Amazon, or Yelp, or whichever online retailer or site we're browsing, just to make sure we're not wasting our hard earned money on something useless. Even so, those reviews can be a ***-shoot. Some are useless and angry, and others are so glowing that can't be real. Limitations are necessary in a democratic society for the protection of others. We in our legal system make use of such limitations, as compared to the United States. I think hate speech is misusing freedom of speech, and therefore shouldn't be permitted. I request everyone to have an open mind and When you have an open mind you allow yourself to attract opportunities and you insist on following up on opportunities no matter how trivial they seem. Keeping an open mind means that you are open to all possibilities. This means that you don't say Oh that's not for me. There can't be anything good in that. Or Why would I want to do that? That's not what I was looking for. Or I won't even consider that. However;let's remember one important factor we don't know everything and we don't always know what will or won't work out for us, if you never try something you'll never know what whether you like it or if it will work out for you and thus you can't say if it is right for you or not before even exploring the opportunity further. I'm not talking about trying everything under the sun yet when you work with the power of your mind and subconscious mind you begin to attract new opportunities. On the surface some of these opportunities may not seem like what you want but the only way to truly find out is to take a closer look and examine them. The choice is yours whether you want to have an open mind and follow your dreams or just shut all the doors in ignorance. I hope this will help some of you out there who is really looking for something exciting.

People in Radus Tek are hardworking, responsible, and dedicated. As a company, they are also If you are serious about your career in IT industry, they will always help you achieve your goal. They care about me and encourage me during my down time. I love everyone there, especially Manjula and Hari. The office atmosphere is cheerful. People get along very well with each other. Consultants help each other and share resources and experience together. Employees are nice and friendly. Everything is transparent and feel free to communicate with them whenever you need. They will guide you to the right track.

Terrible professionalism, the place is run more like an Indian grocery store than an IT consultancy. They took half of my pay check as commission. Manjula ruined my H1 application by filing it incorrectly. All good reviews are written by marketing and recruitment personnel. The company has already had 4 immigration raids in two years. What is told are miles apart from the TRUTH, giving a rosy answer is the standard practice. Higher turnover of candidates due poor marketing and improper H1 filings leading to refusals. This is the WORST sadak chhaap company I have ever encountered. They are horrible. After getting my training and certification for BA, I approached the company. I was promptly told by MANISHA I have to come in and get training. When I told her I had already gotten 40 hours of accredited training which I worked hard for 2 months on, and completed 2 complete lifecycle projects, I was asked "Do you know database?" What a broad general and *** response by her. To which I replied- "That is a broad term- exactly which database are you referring to? SQL etc?" To which she immediately cut me off and said "Well I don't know really I will have to get back to you with a trainer calling you." Not only did she not know what she was even asking, but she also never got back to me, nor did her trainer. I still do not know what other training I would have to waste my time there from 10-4 everyday when I have already done so much training already. Well after not hearing from her for 3 days, I emailed her and decided to also call her. She answered and when I told her my name, she HUNG THE PHONE UP! I called back and said I dont know if it was disconnected or you hung up. The person answering SANGEETA was RUDE and answered Hello? Who's this? --->>>> Does ANY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE LIKE THIS? And her tone was rude, unprofessional and horrible. I advised that I had just gotten hung up and I wanted to speak with the manager. She told me then that SHE WAS THE MANAGER. Can you imagine- this unprofessional woman and she's the manager--- if this is in fact the truth, this company is doomed. She began arguing with me, and I told her I would speak with her manager about her and Manisha hanging up on me. This was then followed by a call from Radus Tech and this time it was MANJULA THE *** OF ALL IDIOTS! She was RUDE, TALKED OVER ME(when she kept asking what happened, and I calmly told her after not hearing back I called and was hung up on, and that it is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE) she kept SCREAMING over me in this chatty high pitch rude tone, was highly rude and disrespectful and was COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC FOR HER STAFF MEMBER HANGING UP ON ME>>> I had to explain to this SADAK CHHAAP -- That I was NOT WORKING FOR HER and that she was not giving ME anything, and that this is NOT THE WAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AFTER YOUR STAFF HAS HUNG UP ON THEM!!! I told her she WOULD MAKE MONEY OFF OF ME- and instead of showing respect and humility for her staff hanging up on me, this sadak chhaap of a woman MANJULA kept screaming. I told her NEVER CALL ME AGAIN and hung up the phone. GOOD LUCK because they will need all the luck they can get-- with behavior like that and their lies and unprofessional tactics they will NEVER be in business for a long time. This is NOT INDIA where CORRUPTION IS KING-- this is America and you better learn how to talk or you can walk yourself into jail. HE CHARGES $3500 FOR H1 .NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY. MANJULA IS A *** . SHE PROMISED ME THAT I WILL GET 3 INTERVIEWS I GOT ZERO IN 6MONTHS AND THEN SHE ASKS ME TO PAY PENALTY OF $3000 . This company has an UNETHICAL way of doing business. We needed a mid to senior level consultant for a client of ours. We contacted another company and asked for help in finding a resource. This is where this company comes into the picture with great distaste. The resume that was sent our way came from Radus Tek. Resume looked great (only if it was worth the paper that it was written on.....)! Technical telephone interview time came with the client. The client wanted to hire the person who was interviewed right away. Few days before the start date, one thing led to another and we quickly realized that the entire resume process was a SCAM because the person who took the interview was not resume owner. Investigating further we also found out that EVERYTHING about the resume was false! This company should be investigated for fraudulent business practices.

I am a consultant with Sudhir Moni. He is no where related to any of the worst company names mentioned. He has filed our H1 as promised and he has not only helped me but many of my friends to get a job. There are hardly people who are ready to help others and he is one of them. Please find out the real truth. He shaped up my career and the company i am working is RadusTek Services. Please refer more people. Sudhir moni is a very down to earth and simple person. I am sure if you got to him for help, he is always there.

I like that company, this company is basically IT consulting firm and they do placement as well. I got placed through them as a consultant and with great pay package as well. They are giving tanning in depth and building up your confidence to crack an interview especially that will help to get a job easily. There is no cost involved to take a training and to apply for your H1 visa and that was my biggest fear. They applied for my H1 visa on time. My parents are very happy about my progress and all goes to Radus Tek Services Inc.
